4. Shipping Policy

Within the United States: 

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping time: 2-5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return items in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging—within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at info@heartandlousfabrics.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • A restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If returned items are in unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued, and the item(s) will be shipped back at your expense.
